IMAP Mobile Phone Email Settings

IMAP Email Accessibility

We allow all our web hosting and email hosting account clients to access thier email using a feature called IMAP. If you have a internet enabled mobile phone you can access your emails whilst you are on the road. You need never miss an important email again.

Simple configuration settings to enable email access on your imap phone.

  1. On your blackberry ( or internet enabled mobile phone ) you have lots of icons on you main screen.
  2. Navigate either to (spanner ) EMAIL SETTINGS or navigate to settings / then email settings
  3. in there it asks you to fill out a form

    a) email account name  = ( you@yourdomain.com )
    b) reply to email address  = ( you@yourdomain.com )
    c) password = ( your password for your mailbox which you are configuring )
    d) email server = ( mail.yourdomain.com )
    e) email server type = IMAP
    d) use SSL = NO
