Web Space

This is the amount of space you can use use to store your website files and images. You can upload your files using any FTP software or FrontPage. We offer disk space from 500 MB on our beginners host plan to unlimited disk space on our Unlimited host plan.

Data Transfer

This is the amount of data used when a page is visited on your website. When a user visits your homepage for instance, and this page size is 40 kilobytes and the images on your homepage sum up to 25 kilobytes, then each time a user visits your homepage 65 kilobytes (kb) are used from your monthly bandwidth allowance. Our Beginners Host Plan allows 10 Gigabytes (10GB) Data Transfer per month. There are 1024 kilobytes in 1 megabyte and 1024 megabytes in 1 Gigabyte.

Email distribution lists (sometimes refered to as Mailing Lists) allow you to have a simple form on your website with which your users can subscribe or unsubscribe their email address. You can then send an email to all members of the list using our simple system.
